Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a fan of technology, strong coffee, live music, and sports.

This blog is called add it up; thoughts social media, technology, design, etc all in one. The title of this blog is not a mathematical reference, but a pop culture one. If you get the reference, thumbs up, because you’re awesome.

I graduated from Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at The University of Georgia in May 2010 with a degree in Advertising and a certificate from the New Media Institute. Currently, I’m the Digital Communications Specialist for the Georgia Lottery. I spend my days writing, designing, and using social media to connect with our customers – exactly what I wanted to be doing right out of college. Prior to jumping into the corporate world, I interned with the Digital Innovation Group at Engauge and worked as a designer at The Athens Blur Magazine.
